Due to certain circumstances I have decided to move. I appreciate the watches and faves but it would be better if those could be handled on my new account. So I ask you all to please stop favoriting the work on this account and adding this account to their deviantwatch. Thank you very much for all of the pageviews and attention you have given my artwork! Have a good one guys!

Hi everyone. So I'm kind of in a bad place right now but I'm working my way out of it. That's part of the reason why i haven't updated much lately. Just a bit preoccupied. I started working at the local camp, Head Counselor this year! I was nervous I wouldn't like my group but the kids I got are so amazing and i think that i may possibly have the best group of counselors ever! they're all really friendly and helpful and we clicked right away. So yay for work! College orientation was great, too. I met my room mate and a bunch of great people. The group of kids at Plattsburgh were all really nice and friendly, I'm glad i chose to go there! Of course i'm still scared shitless but I get to move on and away :) I'm going to really try to keep in contact with my friends back hoe, though. OMG, I'm taking 17 credits!! @_@ 3 art classes on MW, 2 on F and that I've got ENG 101, intro to Acting and Math 133 on TR. I have an online Library req. class as well. I'm off to a busy start @_@ I'll try to get better soon and start working on what i love, music and art. Please cheer me on!

i swear, school is going to be the death of me. this Tingley Scholarship Project i chose to do is enough to make anyone want to quit and blow their head off. I've never worked so hard in school before and, despite all of my bitching and moaning, at the end of the day i feel pretty good. i mean, i go to bed at midnight every night and drag y feet to start working and I haven't been to Tae Kwon Do in a month but I think I'm developing some good habits for college that will help me manage my work. I have to say, my illustrations look pretty kick ass :3 I'm going to to do the final edit this evening and start copying it onto the bristol board (yes, i am handwriting my entire story).

So, after a month of solid work, little play, and drama that i more or less make into drama, I'm finally getting a break...kind of. It's spring break and we're going to my cousin's house in Florida!! I'm so excited to read and relax and layout on the beach!!! The only thing: my work's coming with me...yeeeah. I have to finish the rest of my illustrations by next Sunday night at the latest. then Monday my Tingley adviser is going to help me bind it and then Tuesday I hand it in for evaluation!!! Such a tight schedule @_@

So I'm off to finish editing my story, wish me luck and speed!!!

Breath of Fresh Air

My copy of Asian Kung-fu Generation's new cd World, World, World FINALLY came in the mail!! >w< This is a much more upbeat CD than Fan Club :3 I like that they've managed to incorporate their old indie style and softer pop style into one thing! The guitar riffs in these songs are amazing and catchy! Not to mention Yamada's thumping bass and ijichi's warp speed percussion!! Overall this CD is a 10/10! They actually sound a bit like the Kooks in track 6 (No. 9) XD And track 7 sounds like they got Akeboshi to do some of the opening vocals (i don't think so >>;) and it's all like a Breath of Fresh Air!!! :D

Not only that but I'm overloaded with work and senior-itis and yet I feel pretty happy! (you know, aside from the stressing out, fatigue and constant headaches....) But you know what?! It's spring and the days a lasting forever and it's getting so nice out! That and I found a style of jean that actually fits my waist without a clunky belt looped through them! I'm also learning to be comfortable with my body as it is and ignore my parents constant nagging about my body. I still feel like I can't eat whatever in front of them because they might make a nasty comment (which they still do...) but instead of listening to it I'm seeing myself as I am: an averaged sized girl who's neither fat nor model skinny. I'm dealing with it :3

So YAY to ASPIRE almost being here! and YAY to working on my children's book! and, most of all, YAY to Senior year, prom coming up and happy-time Spring weather! I'm getting things done and procrastinating at the same time which, to me, seems normal enough for a 17 year old to act :3 SEVENTEEN FOREVER!
